Before the deepening design of the fabricated residential components, the structural components of the main structural components need to be properly disassembled, mainly according to the principle of disassembling the assembled components, and the prefabricated components are divided into single components for production and on-site assembly. The deepening design of the component after the design of the concrete main structure is also the secondary design of the building structure, and then the assembly between the individual components is carried out at the construction site through professional installation and connection technology.

2.1 split premise

According to the current mature assembly system in China, the components that need to be split in the construction project mainly include: 1 vertical members, including full prefabricated shear walls, PCF wall panels, sandwich insulation wall panels, laminated plate shears. Wall, parapet wall, prefabricated column, external wall panel, prefabricated bay window, etc.; 2 horizontal members, including laminated floor, laminated beam, full prefabricated beam, laminated balcony board, full prefabricated air conditioning board, full prefabricated stairs, etc.

If the prefabricated residential structure wants to achieve automatic splitting, the first few prerequisites must be met:

(1) Node standardization. The standardized nodes provide the basis for automatic splitting, allowing the structure to be automatically split at the node according to the specified size.

(2) Component modularization combined with demoulding. When the structure is automatically split, the components such as balconies, air-conditioning panels, and stairs should be modularized, but the wallboard and floor components need to be modularized. Modularization and node standardization of wallboard members are two non-cooperative concepts. The standardization of nodes is bound to ensure that the split wallboard members are modularized. Similarly, modular wallboard components can also lead to different nodes. . The superimposing feature of the superimposed member is not limited by the modulus, so that the structure can be automatically split on the basis of node standardization.

(3) The use of BIM technology. Obviously, only the integration in BIM can integrate information such as nodes and components, and automatically split them through BIM software.

2.2 Splitting principle

2.2.1 Structural layout

The layout of the prefabricated residential structure should be more regular and uniform, which can be embodied in the following points:

(1) Modularization and standardization of the house type, based on the “harmonized standard for building modularity” (GBJ2-86) and the “harmonized standard for residential building modulus” (GB/T50100-2001).

(2) The modularization and standardization of the kitchen are based on the “Basic Parameters of Residential Kitchens and Related Equipment” (GB/T11228-2008).

(3) Modularization and standardization of the bathroom, according to the “Function and Size Series of Residential Bathrooms” (GB/T11977-2008).

(4) The modularization and standardization of the stairs are based on the “Standards for the Modification of Building Stairs” (GBJ101-1987).

2.2.2 Plane shape

According to the Technical Specification for Prefabricated Concrete Structures (JGJ1—2014), the aspect ratio and aspect ratio should not be too large (Table 1). 2.2.3 Vertical arrangement

The vertical arrangement of the structure should be regular and uniform. The cross-sectional dimensions and materials of the vertical anti-side force members should be gradually reduced from bottom to top, avoiding the vertical stiffness and bearing capacity of the lateral force-resisting structure. The load-bearing members should be aligned vertically. The lateral stiffness of the structure should be as large as possible.

2.2.4 Component division

The division of structurally related prefabricated components (columns, beams, walls, plates) should follow the principles of reasonable force, simple connection, convenient construction, less specifications, multiple combinations, and can be assembled into a variety of structural series, including: 1 prefabricated beam section The dimensions are as uniform as possible, the reinforcements are made of large straight ribs and less types; 2 the prefabricated shear walls are symmetrically reinforced with the edge members at both ends; 3 prefabricated with bay window walls, balconies, air conditioning panels, stairs as much as possible; 4 stairs and phases The connection of the adjacent shear wall is as simple as possible under reasonable force.
